IPCR has the latest International Standard Spirometers.
Spirometery being a performance sensitive test, our technicians are trained to bring out the best possible effort from the patients. Tests are performed under guidance of our consultants . No test is accepted unless it meets the stringent criteria laid down by the American Thoracic Society.
Reports are provided within half an hour of performance of the test.
Appointments are accepted during the registration hours.
Prior information for patients undergoing spirometry :

No inhalers / bronchodialators to be used at least six hours before the test

Avoid heavy meal before the test.

Please intimate regarding any surgical procedure, coronary problem in the recent past, as well as any regular medications being taken, at time of registration.
