Dear Readers,

It is my pleasure to invite all of you to see our journal and contribute to develop it further.

We hope that this journal will be of a different class altogether where people will find a platform to express their ideas and work. We want to stimulate a culture of taking up scientific activities by our colleagues especially in the developing world where problems are in abundance but the local published knowledge is sparse even on many important issues.

We wish to equip our colleagues especially in the resource constraint areas with knowledge, skill and scientific aptitude to improve their practice and help them innovate their way out for better healthcare.
