Register for the National Pulmo Quiz 2026

Teams must consist of two participants from the same Institute/Hospital. A senior faculty member may join the team as a Mentor.

To register, please email the following details of both participants:

• Full Name
• Institute / Hospital
• Medical Registration Number
• Designation

If a Mentor is accompanying the team, kindly provide the Mentor’s Name, Institute/Hospital and Designation as well.
